Steven Miles is the 40th Premier of Queensland. Steven was sworn in on the 15th of December 2023 and he has been working every day to do what matters for Queensland.
His number one priority is cost of living relief. He is taking action on the issues that matter to Queenslanders now, and for the future.
Steven has a vision for Queensland built around our greatest asset – our people. Investing in the critical infrastructure we need now and for the future, transitioning our energy system and our economy to meet the challenges of a changing world, and to make sure we build homes for Queenslanders and invest in our critical frontline services like public healthcare, education, police and emergency services.
